    Complete the form on this page with your SiteMinder details and the homes you would like to distribute. There is no obligation in starting the conversation.

    We map the connection with you

    Our onboarding team works with you to connect your SiteMinder channel manager and map each property correctly. One setup — no re-entering rates or calendars by hand.

    Curation review

    We review your homes against our criteria, typically within a few business days, and confirm the outcome for each property.

    Sync and go live

    Approved homes go live on Villa Tracker. Rates and availability stay in sync from SiteMinder, and you manage everything from your own system.

Before You Begin

  • An active SiteMinder account with the properties you would like to distribute already set up.
  • Complete, publish-ready content on those properties — photography, descriptions, amenities and capacity.
  • An accurate address and postcode on every property. Missing location data is the single most common reason a home is held back at review.
  • Rates loaded as your net rates. Our margin and the agent's commission sit on top, so the figure you set is the figure you are paid.

What Happens Next

  • Approved homes are published to Villa Tracker and become visible to travel professionals.
  • Rates and availability keep flowing from SiteMinder — no second calendar to maintain.
  • Booking requests reach you for confirmation.
  • SiteMinder remains your source of truth. We never edit or remove your listings.

You keep SiteMinder as your channel manager. After you introduce your portfolio, our onboarding team sets up the connection with you. From then on your rates and availability stay in sync — there is no separate extranet to maintain.

The mapping session itself is short. Most of the elapsed time goes on curation review and confirming commercial terms, which typically takes a few business days from the point we have your details.

Email info@villatracker.com with the homes you would like to add or withdraw and we will update the connection. New properties go through the same review; withdrawn ones stop being distributed, and confirmed reservations are unaffected.

Yes. You continue to manage rates and availability in SiteMinder, and they stay in sync with Villa Tracker. Because we are request-to-book by default, every reservation is confirmed by you.

We are open to properties from chic city apartments to ultra-luxury estates. The consistent requirement is quality and a nightly rate from $500. Our team reviews each property and confirms the outcome, so you always know where each one stands.

There is no fee to apply and no development cost to connect. Villa Tracker works on commission, and our team walks you through the commercial terms before anything goes live.

That is expected. You load net rates in SiteMinder; the price a travel professional sees includes our margin and their commission. Your payout is the net rate you set.
