Connected through Guesty, Rentals United, BookingPal or Hostaway?
Instant booking is already on, so there is nothing to submit.
- Guesty and Rentals United: every connected home is instantly bookable.
- BookingPal: listings whose booking setting is instant booking only. Inquiry only, or inquiry and instant booking, send you a booking request to confirm.
- Hostaway: listings with Instant Bookable switched on for our channel. With it switched off, booking requests reach you to confirm.
What it asks of you
Because bookings confirm automatically, keep your rates, minimum stays and availability accurate in your channel manager. Every confirmed booking must be honoured, under the listing's own cancellation policy.
Prefer to approve each booking?
Tell our team which homes, and we will set them to request-to-book. On BookingPal you can also change the listing's booking setting, and on Hostaway switch off Instant Bookable for our channel.
