How to Connect BookingPal

    Open the Channel Connector

    Log in to your BookingPal account, go to the Channel Connector and find the Villa Tracker connection in the channel list.

    Select your properties

    Choose the homes you would like to distribute and submit them for review.

  3. 3

    Complete the form

    Fill in the form on this page as well, so we can match your BookingPal request to your company and confirm commercial terms without delay.

  4. 4

    Sync and go live

    Once approved, your content, rates and availability sync automatically, and you carry on managing everything from BookingPal.

Before You Begin

  • An active BookingPal account with the properties you would like to distribute already loaded.
  • Complete, publish-ready content on those properties — photography, descriptions, amenities, rates and availability.
  • Rates loaded as your net rates. Our margin and the agent's commission sit on top, so the figure you set is the figure you are paid.

Cannot find Villa Tracker in the channel list? The connection is enabled per BookingPal account, and it may be listed under Smiling House, our parent group. If neither is visible, email info@villatracker.com with your BookingPal account name and we will arrange for it to be made available to you.

What Happens Next

  • Approved homes are published to Villa Tracker and become visible to travel professionals.
  • Rates and availability keep flowing from BookingPal — there is no second calendar to maintain.
  • Booking requests reach you for confirmation.
  • BookingPal remains your source of truth. We never edit or remove your listings.

To stop distributing a property, unassign it from the channel in BookingPal. Existing confirmed reservations are unaffected — please honour those with the guest.

Every submitted home is reviewed against our criteria, typically within a few business days. Properties are most often held back for incomplete content or missing location data. We confirm the outcome for each property.

Continuously. BookingPal pushes updates whenever you change rates, availability or content, so there is no manual re-entry and no second calendar to maintain.

Yes. You continue to manage rates and availability in BookingPal, and they stay in sync with Villa Tracker. Because we are request-to-book by default, every reservation is confirmed by you.

We are open to properties from chic city apartments to ultra-luxury estates. The consistent requirement is quality and a nightly rate from $500. Our team reviews each property and confirms the outcome, so you always know where each one stands.

There is no fee to apply and no development cost to connect. Villa Tracker works on commission, and our team walks you through the commercial terms before anything goes live.

That is expected. You load net rates in BookingPal; the price a travel professional sees includes our margin and their commission. Your payout is the net rate you set.
