The strategic collaboration is designed to significantly increase the number of travel professional bookings, supporting property managers worldwide.

Short-term rental hosts and property managers who use Guesty will now be able to seamlessly link their rentals to the Villa Tracker platform, an online destination that connects luxury properties with travel professionals – including travel agents and designers, event professionals, retreat facilitators, corporate event planners, and media production companies – all in search of luxury properties to rent on a B2B basis.

In a bid to elevate the luxury STR sector, Guesty’s marketplace will integrate with the industry’s leading third-party operators through Villa Tracker, helping hosts and property management companies manage more effectively.

Founded this year, Villa Tracker stands alongside Smiling House Luxury, which already hosts 9,500 properties in 52 countries and 300 destinations on its platform, and will now welcome travel professionals to book luxury properties. The integration means new visibility for properties that were previously unable to connect with these professionals, and the platform will also welcome Guesty property managers who can benefit from a wider  network of discerning clients seeking luxury rentals for events, retreats and more.

Operating in over 80 countries, Guesty’s PMS serves enterprise, small, and mid-size property managers, as well as individual hosts.
