Switzerland: Villa Tracker, the B2B luxury accommodation platform created by Smiling House Group, has surpassed 1,000 travel companies.

The company said the milestone reflected increasing demand from travel designers, concierges and luxury agencies for a single verified source of premium villas and chalets.

The platform officially launched in early 2024 and now provides access to more than 17,000 vetted properties across 55 countries and 450 destinations. 

Villa Tracker was created as a centralised tool for travel professionals seeking curated, whole-home accommodation options. The company said it is the first B2B OTA of its kind. 

It includes features such as direct manager integrations, a PDF proposal builder, shortlist tools, a multi-destination search interface and access to a global B2B network. Property managers can connect their portfolios directly to the platform as a way to attract new bookings. 

The company said recent integrations with Rentals United, Guesty and BookingPal had broadened its distribution capabilities.
